How long will my website take?
A typical small-business website takes around four to six weeks after the content and initial payment have been received.
What do I need to provide?
You normally provide your logo, text, images, service details and legal information. Copywriting can be quoted separately.
How are projects paid for?
Standard projects are split into 50% to begin work and 50% before the website goes live.
Will I own my website and domain?
Your domain should be registered in your name. Ownership and licence terms are confirmed in the proposal.
Is search engine optimisation included?
Packages include a sound technical foundation and basic on-page setup. Guaranteed rankings are not included.
Can you maintain my website?
Yes. Care plans cover hosting, SSL, backups, monitoring and content support.

Information we collect and why
